Breakfast is the #1 important meal of the day! By that I don’t mean a sugary bowl of processed cereal, or a white bagel with 10 gallons of cream cheese on it.
Oatmeal is great, it keeps you full for a long time and is packed with good stuff your body needs.
Eggs are also a wonderful way to start off your day. Full of protein, and are a great way you can sneak in some extra veggies too :)
Then of course my favorite- SMOOTHIES!!
Smoothies are great because you can blend up all your favorite fruits and veggies and sneak them into your day. Nutrients and vitamins galore.

I’m SO proud to be doing SO well in college right now! I only have 1 midterm left out of all my classes, and I’m totally killing them so far. Such inspiration to keep studying and working even harder for finals. 
… Not going to lie though… it would be GREAT if professors would actually put what they say they’re going to put on tests haha

I’d rather be running outside! All the “one minutes” go by SO much quicker.
A little fresh air does wonders :)
If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unmotivated - even a quick jog outside (not so much on the treadmill) will really give you a refreshing reboot to your day. When you get back, you’ll be ready to tackle what you was causing you stress.
