Don’t be in a rush. Judge your progress off of how you feel, NOT the number on the scale.
Strive for a healthy lifestyle, not an instant weight drop.
Remember- making healthy habits will last a life time, going on an extreme off-the-wall diet is merely temporary.
Also flat abs and a an incredible endorphin rush!
This weekend, I went on a wonderful trip to Las Vegas with my wonderful boyfriend Bryan and some of our friends from church. On the way back, we decided to grab sandwiches at Subway, and of course I asked for avocados on mine.
But instead of giving me delicious slices of avocado heaven, the Subway guy stuck his knife in this mushy green looking goo and started spreading it on my sandwich!
I was like, “WHAT IS THAT GREEN GOO YOUR DESTROYING MY SANDWICH WITH???? WHERE ARE YOUR REAL AVOCADOS???”
He could see my anger and frustration towards his lack of avocados, and proceeded to nervously explain that Subways in Las Vegas only serve “Avocado paste”. When I tasted this… “paste”, let me tell you it tasted nothing like an avocados.
I know avocados are kind of a California thing… but are Subways in other states only serving avocado goo too? Thoughts on the imitation avocado paste?

Or going on a treadmill while you’re waiting for the microwave…
Be careful with this one guys. Chips, soda and sugary drinks definitely don’t count as “Fuel food”.
