Being healthy is beautiful!
I invented my own salad today at this little restaurant in OB and the owner said he was thinking about putting on the menu!
I told him he could as long as he called it “The Brittany Salad Sensation”!
Eating Out and Being Healthy Tips (that I used at this meal) :
-I ordered a glass of water instead of a soda that would be FULL of sugar
-Incorporated healthy ingredients and was still able to create a DELICIOUS tasting lunch.

Everyone that I was eating with ordered fried foods, sides of fries, extra butter, and endless rounds of soda. By the time the meal was over, they were about ready to pass out from feeling “stuffed full of fats and sugars”… but when I finished my “Brittany Salad Sensation” I felt SO SO SO great, I could have ran a marathon!
Fabulous meal- fruit AND vegetables, healthy sugars & healthy fats.
