There’s a class that I have to take 3 days a week in college… and the closest parking lot to the class is the one that I have to walk 215 steps up hill to get to.
This is a direct reflection of me when I get to the top of the steps, I basically want to crawl to class. BUT you can bet your bottom dollar that my thighs are going to be AMAZING at the end of this semester!

Sit in a chair, leaning slightly forward, arms at sides, feet flat on the floor. Place a medium-size ball between your legs above your knees, with just enough pressure to hold the ball in place.
